Nestled 32km from Beitbridge on the banks of the serene Mushiloshokwe Dam, Nottingham Retreat offers an unforgettable escape. The dam spans 7km of pristine water, teeming with Bass and Bream for fishing enthusiasts. Surrounded by lush Mopani, Baobab, and indigenous trees, the area is alive with birdlife, crocodiles, hippos, and breathtaking sunsets over rocky outcrops.
The retreat boasts 7 air-conditioned chalets, each with a private patio overlooking the dam. Relax as you watch diverse bird species and wildlife by the water’s edge. Each chalet is equipped with a king-size bed, two three-quarter beds, a bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
Activities and Amenities:
- Boating: Launch your boat at our site or hire one during your stay. A jetty is available for mooring.
- Pool & Dining: Unwind by the lodge’s pool, conveniently located near the dining and bar area.
